REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years’ experience in leading programs in a nonprofit organization.
  • Understand the management, oversight, and compliance of grant funding
  • Ability to budget and track financial resources
  • Excellent writing and communications skills

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for tracking, planning, implementing, and evaluating the grants program.  The role of the Grants Manager covers both implementation and compliance functions.  Implementation functions relate to the broad view of helping an organization manage grant funding, set goals, and implement programs.  Compliance functions relate to tracking program performance to achieve organizational goals and comply with funding criteria and requirements and reporting.
